We are calling on all tradies to watch more than just their backs during Tradies National Health Month this August. It comes as Australia’s tradies continue to have among the poorest health and safety conditions of workers across all sectors.  The Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA) leads Tradies National Health Month to educate Australian tradies to keep a check on their safety, health and wellbeing.

Do you suffer from back pain or knee pain from work?

Snowy Mountains Physiotherapy will be offering FREE LIFTING ASSESSMENTS during the month of August to help determine your maximum safe lifting limit and review your lifting technique.

Snowy Mountains Physiotherapy is located at 62 Bombala Street Cooma and 5 Thredbo Terrace Jindabyne.

For more information call 6452 4203 or visit www.snowymountainsphysio.com and our facebook page www.facebook.com/sapphirecoastphysio for videos and handy hints during the month of August.
